After we get all the necessary permits for you the construction of your swimming pool or spa can begin.  The pictures below will show you some of the different stages the construction of your pool will go through.  But first we would like to tell you about the engineering and construction of your pool:

• Our pools sub-grade is 6 inches of stone.

• All plumbing is 1 1/2 - 2 inch schedule 40 PVC pipe.  

• Our pools are reinforced with 1/2 inch re-bar on 2ft centers and also heavy gauge 6 inch by 6 inch steel mesh.

   

• We also reinforce our shotcrete and concrete with Nylon fibers resulting in the strongest compressive and flexural strength available in concrete today. Because of our method of steel reinforcement and the addition of Nylon fibers the risk of cracking is greatly reduced.

• Our pool walls and floor are 8 to 12 inches thick.

• Our pool walls and floors are one monolithic pour. 

• Our ceramic tile is frost free so that it will never freeze and crack.

• Our plaster is 3/8 - 1/2 inch Marcite or Diamond Brite.

• We use only epoxy paint specifically made for swimming pools when painting is needed.

• All our pools and spas are fitted with precision, UL approved equipment.

• Everything we provide is specially designed to meet the capacity requirements of your pool while complementing the custom style you have chosen.
